Abstract
Nurses in one coronary care unit were aware that patients who had experienced an episode of angina were not receiving the same amount of information about their condition as those who had had a myocardial infarction. This led to the development of a questionnaire to determine patient's satisfaction with the information they received, with the aim of improving the service.Entities:
