Abstract
A case of eccrine spiradenoma of the left pinna is described. To the best of our knowledge, this is the first report regarding this site. The treatment was a surgical excision in safe margins. This rare benign tumour should be considered for the differential diagnosis of solitary or multiple soft tissue lesions of the head and neck.Entities:
