Abstract
Giant colonic diverticulum is a rare condition, and the usual site is the sigmoid colon. In this report, magnetic resonance imaging was performed in a patient with lower abdominal pain. The modality was useful for the evaluation of giant sigmoid colonic diverticulitis and the differential diagnosis.Entities:
