Abstract
Optical coherence tomography can facilitate observation of the macula in highly myopic eyes, which may be difficult using an ophthalmoscope because of myopic chorioretinal atrophy. The use of optical coherence tomography to record the process of retinal reattachment and closure of a macular hole in a highly myopic eye following macular buckling surgery is described.Entities:
