Abstract
A case of avulsion of the extrahepatic bile duct from the duodenum is described in association with severe liver trauma in a child. The value of computed tomographic (CT) cholangiography and laparoscopy in the diagnosis of this rare condition is outlined, and a paradigm for management is described.Entities:
