[Deep sylvian meningioma. Apropos of a case. Review of the literature].

Abstract

One case of deep sylvian meningioma without dural attachment is reported. Ten cases have been described in the literature leading to discussion of histological origin, clinical characteristics, neuroradiological data and surgical results.
