Abstract
Sepsis and meningitis are the major clinical manifestations of group B streptococcal (GBS) infections in neonates, but GBS can cause a wide spectrum of presentations ranging from asymtomatic bacteraemia to fulminate septicaemia and shock. To our knowledge this is the first report of isolated neonatal lymphadenitis as a manifestation of late onset GBS disease.Entities:
