Double left anterior descending artery arising from the left main stem and right sinus of Valsalva: an extremely rare coronary artery anomaly.

A case of double left anterior descending artery is presented. One originated from the left main stem and the second one originated from the right sinus ofValsalva. This is an extremely rare variety of congenital coronary artery anomaly. By an extensive review of the medical literature, we were able to find only four similar cases.
