Abstract
An unusual case of intraligamentous ganglion cyst of the anterior cruciate ligament after a traumatic event in a 12-year-old boy is presented. Magnetic resonance imaging was helpful in delineating the lesion. An arthroscopic aspiration of the cyst material resulted in resolution of symptoms to preserve satisfactory knee function. The patient remains asymptomatic 25 months after surgery.Entities:
