Abstract

The anomalous right coronary artery with high anterior takeoff is an uncommon and technically difficult vessel for interventions. We describe 2 such cases in which standard size, 7 French, left Judkins guiding catheters allowed for successful percutaneous coronary intervention after many other guiding catheters had failed.
