Abstract
Hypertrophic osteoarthropathy is a well-documented paraneoplastic phenomenon in adults. It is a rare, but important finding in children with malignant disease as it can indicate prognosis. We present a case of hypertrophic osteoarthropathy associated with primary liver rhabdomyosarcoma in a 14-year-old boy.Entities:
