Abstract
We report the first documented case of reticulohistiocytoma of the external auditory canal in a 15-year-old male. Reticulohistiocytoma is a rare diagnosis in children. Reticulohistiocytoma, a benign lesion, belongs to a family of histiocytosis disorders which range from benign to malignant. Although histiocytic disorders are uncommon, they should be included in differential diagnosis of pediatric aural polyps.Entities:
