Abstract
We present a case of meningitis after percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) tube placement subsequent to acoustic neuroma resection and cranioplasty. Four days following PEG tube placement, the patient developed Enterobacter aerogenes meningitis, requiring explantation of infected cranioplasty material. His condition subsequently improved.
