Abstract
A 31-year-old woman suffered a brainstem infarction secondary to chiropractic neck manipulation. A dissection of both vertebral arteries could be demonstrated by MR tomography. This case report should alert therapists to be aware of vertebrobasilar complications after spinal manipulations.Entities:
