Abstract
Lymphomatoid papulosis is a lymphoproliferative disease characterized by recurrent papules, nodules, or plaques that spontaneously involute within several weeks. Despite having a histologically malignant-appearing infiltrate, patients with lymphomatoid papulosis have a clinically benign course. Several treatment options have been described for the management of lymphomatoid papulosis. We describe a patient who had complete resolution of lesions with the use of topical methotrexate.Entities:
