Abstract
Darier's disease is an autosomal dominant disease that typically arises during the first or second decades of life. It involves the abnormal keratinization of the epidermis, mucosa, and nails. We describe a 74-year-old man with metastatic carcinoma in whom fibroproliferative disease and an acquired variant of Darier's disease developed, both of which may have been paraneoplastic processes.Entities:
