Abstract

We compared the efficacy and safety of pramipexole (PPX) with placebo in the treatment of advanced Parkinson's disease (PD) as an adjunct to levodopa. A bromocriptine (BR) group was included to enable determination of the noninferiority of PPX relative to BR as the standard treatment. Copyright 2003 Movement Disorder Society
