Abstract
Granuloma faciale (GF) is an uncommon inflammatory condition characterized by reddish brown papules and plaques that usually involve the facial area. Extrafacial lesions are rare. Histologically, the lesions are marked by leukocytoclastic vasculitis and extensive fibrin deposition. There are a variety of treatment options available for GF.Entities:
