Abstract
A 50-year-old woman presented with a lateral neck swelling, clinically indistinguishable from solitary thyroid nodule. A right hemithyroidectomy was performed and microscopy revealed an intrathyroidal thyroglossal cyst. Intrathyroidal thyroglossal cyst should be considered in the differential diagnosis of a thyroid nodule.Entities:
