Abstract
In asymptomatic patients with an early gestation located in a noncommunicating rudimentary horn, methotrexate may provide another treatment option or act as a useful adjunct to surgical intervention. We present a case of a successful pregnancy termination of a gestation located in a noncommunicating rudimentary horn with subsequent elective laparoscopic resection.Entities:
