Transcatheter closure of a coronary sinus defect with an Amplatzer septal occluder.

Abstract

We report a successful transcatheter closure of a coronary sinus defect using an Amplatzer septal occluder in a 9.5-year-old boy suffering from a significant volume overload due to left-to-right shunt.
