Abstract
Malignant tumors presenting as an inguinal hernia are rare. We present the case of a malignant mixed Mullerian tumor (MMMT) of the ovary growing into an inguinal hernia sac. In this case, magnetic resonance imaging was useful in making a diagnosis of an ovarian neoplasm growing into the inguinal canal, and to the best of our knowledge, this is only the tenth case of a malignant ovarian tumor and the first case reported in the English-language literature of MMMT of an ovary which grew into an inguinal hernia sac.Entities:
