Abstract
The availability of adequate conjunctival tissue is essential for successful implantation of glaucoma valves. This report describes a technique to place a trimmed Ahmed valve in an eye with limited subconjunctival space due to systemic disease and multiple previous surgical procedures, including a scleral buckle. Successful lowering of intraocular pressure was obtained with the technique during the follow-up period.Entities:
