Abstract
The pancreas is an uncommon site of metastasis for renal cell carcinoma. Multiple metastasis to the pancreas from a renal cell carcinoma 17 yr after the primary diagnosis is even more uncommon. Such a case, treated by total pancreatectomy, and a review of the relevant literature including all recorded cases of surgically treated pancreatic metastasis of renal cell carcinoma, are presented.Entities:
