Abstract
A 5 1/2 year-old boy was hospitalized with clinical and laboratory evidence of pancreatitis. Four days later the classic signs and symptoms of Kawasaki disease developed. This case suggests that Kawasaki disease should be included in the differential diagnosis of acute pancreatitis in children.Entities:
