Abstract
Painful enlargement of the entire posterior aspect of the calcaneus can be difficult to effectively treat and must be differentiated from a classical Haglund's deformity. Clinical, radiographic, and surgical treatments of this deformity will be discussed. An illustrative case presentation is also included.Entities:
