Abstract
A 76-year old woman developed an intracorneal cyst following uncomplicated cataract surgery. Progressive enlargement led to partial visual loss. Following drainage of the cyst, cytopathologic examination showed epithelial cells. The cyst subsequently reformed and caused acute pupillary block. Repeat drainage and cryotherapy were performed. Vision was limited by corneal edema, and penetrating keratoplasty was performed.Entities:
