Abstract
A streptavidin-biotin-enhanced nitrocellulose enzyme immunoassay was developed for the detection of the rhabdovirus of penaeid shrimps (RPS) in the tissues of infected animals. Initial tests indicate that the assay was capable of detecting as few as ten plaque-forming units of virus.Entities:
