Abstract
An unusual case of pre-eclampsia is presented, where a previously normotensive primigravida suddenly developed hypertension which evolved to subarachnoidal hemorrhage and coma within minutes. Delivery by cesarean section was followed by progressive and complete recovery in the next few days.Entities:
