Abstract
A case of leptomeningeal melanoma metastases with a confusing clinical picture is presented. Despite repeated cytological examinations of the cerebrospinal fluid proving negative, the diagnosis was eventually made by magnetic resonance imaging with gadolinium DTPA enhancement.Entities:
