Abstract
The authors' experience with anticoagulant therapy in both the acute phase and the long-term management of myocardial infarction has proved disappointing. A review of the literature has failed to establish benefit when all patients with coronary artery disease are treated with anticoagulant drugs. A need for well-controlled studies still exists.Entities:
