Abstract
Skin ulcer due to Mycobacterium ulcerans is presented. The patient come from East of French Guyana. Growth of this mycobacteria is obtained with diphasic Lowenstein medium at 30 degrees C. Diagnostic of M. ulcerans results from mycolic acids study.Entities:
