Abstract

Solitary papillomas of the lung are rare. They are usually squamous but mixed squamous cell papilloma and mucous gland adenoma can occur. We report for the first time the cytological findings of a fine needle aspirate from a mixed squamous cell papilloma and mucous gland adenoma from the lung periphery.
