Abstract
An attempt has been made to study the action of antiseptics on artificial streptococcal ;wounds' in mice by a published technique (Martin, 1959). The results were not in agreement with those of Martin and the possible reasons for this are discussed. Suggestions are made for modifying the original method to increase its scope and precision. The production and treatment of Ps. pyocyanea and Kl. aerogenes ;wounds' in mice is described and discussed.Entities:
