Abstract
We report on a case of polyorchidism associated with left-sided inguinal hernia and hydrocele. Biopsies of both testes revealed normal histological pattern. After the hernia repair and hydrocelectomy both testes were left at their original places in the scrotum and fixed. Polyorchidism and its management are discussed briefly.Entities:
