Abstract
The case is described of a patient with mycotic aneurysm of the aortic arch whose clinical and serological features were indistinguishable from those of systemic lupus erythematosus. Surgical resection and repair of the aneurysm resolved her clinical symptoms and the serological abnormalities.Entities:
