Abstract
Fluorescent antibody to antigenically distinct portions of 7S gammaglobulin was used to study the occurrence of H-chains and L-chains of types I and II within single cells. Individual lymphoid cells contained both H-and L-chains, but individual cells did not contain both antigenic types of L-chains.Entities:
