CHROMOSOME PUFFS IN DROSOPHILA INDUCED BY RIBONUCLEASE.

Abstract

Ribonuclease induces many puffs in salivary gland chromosomes of Drosophila busckii. The left arm of chromosome 2 was analyzed in detail; in this arm seven puffs were induced in a definite sequence.
