CHROMOSOME NUMBER AND MORPHOLOGY OF A HUMAN PREINVASIVE NEOPLASM.

Abstract

The cervical epithelium from five patients with varying degrees of histologically proven intra-epithelial neoplasia can be grown successfully in tissue culture. After four or less successive transfers, the cells are diploid and have a normal karyotype.
