Abstract
Epithelioid angiosarcoma is a rare vascular tumor composed of a proliferation of cytologically malignant epithelioid endothelial cells. These tumors are fully malignant and can pursue a rapidly progressive course. A case of primary epithelioid angiosarcoma of the maxilla is presented. Also discussed is a review of the literature with emphasis on the concept of epithelioid endothelial cell tumors.Entities:
