Tick control on cattle with flumethrin pour-on through a Duncan Applicator.

Abstract

Cattle were treated for tick infestation using 1% flumethrin pour-on applied through a self-medicating device known as the Duncan Applicator, in 4 situations in Zimbabwe. Moderate to heavy tick infestations were successfully controlled on cattle.
