Pediatric pancreatic pseudocyst: a case report and review of the literature.

Abstract

The differential diagnosis of abdominal pain and mass in children is complicated. An uncommon, but potentially life-threatening cause is pancreatic pseudocyst. The case of a 3-year-old male with a pancreatic pseudocyst is presented. All previously reported cases are reviewed.
