Precipitin reaction between serum and lysed erythrocytes.

Abstract

The albumin fraction of all normal sera contains a factor which precipitates with part of the normal haemoglobin molecule, the reaction occurring in the proportions of 1 ml. serum to 6 to 15 mg. haemoglobin.
