Abstract
Intralobar lung sequestration in a 5-month-old dyspnoeic infant was diagnosed by colour-coded Doppler sonography (CDS). Grey scale imaging showed an echogenic mass adjacent to the right hemidiaphragm. CDS demonstrated an abnormal arterial blood supply via a vessel originating from the descending aorta at the level of the diaphragm.Entities:
