Abstract

The core oligosaccharide isolated from the lipopolysaccharide of Aeromonas salmonicida ssp. salmonicida has been investigated by methylation analysis, NMR spectroscopy (13C and 1H), oxidation with periodate and chromium trioxide, and Smith degradation.
