Abstract
Jejunogastric intussusception (JGI) is a rare complication which can develop after partial gastrectomy, gastroenteroanastomosis or enteroanastomosis. Although its management is usually surgical, an endoscopic reduction can alternatively be attempted. We present herein a case of acute JGI in which failure of endoscopic reduction required surgical resection and reconstruction.
