Abstract
We report a case of oligodendroglioma of the fourth ventricle complicated by disseminated intracranial and spinal oligodendrogliomatosis. This is further evidence that primary oligodendrogliomas arising in close proximity to the cerebrospinal pathway have a predilection for spontaneous dissemination. This condition should be considered in the differential diagnosis of hydrocephalus and myelopathy.Entities:
