Abstract
Unisexual strains of both mating types of Saccharomyces kluyveri produce exceedingly high yields of extracellular invertase. Yields generally increase with an increase in the number of sets of chromosomes possessed by the unisexuals. The bisexual forms give small amounts in comparison.Entities:
