Abstract
The presented clinical course of a 40 year old Primipara, in whom gastric cancer during pregnancy occurred, demonstrates the difficulties of differential diagnosis in early stages of the disease because of the non specific symptoms at that time. Mostly, they are related to physiological pregnancy associated complaints. Therefore, diagnosis is very often obtained lately and connected with advanced clinical stages of the tumor, which causes the bad survival rates of 10-20% of these young women.Entities:
