Abstract
The authors have treated 20 cases of cyst of the laternal meniscus of the knee. In most of the cases, the diagnosis was made late. The clinical, radiological and pathological features are described and the etiological factors are discussed. Complete meniscectomy relieved the symptoms in 17 cases.Mesh：
